Who is eligible for the student offer?
The offer of Google AI Plus student plan is available to eligible university students aged 18–24. Both new users and students whose
2025 AI Pro trial has expired can qualify. Eligibility must be verified each year to maintain access.
Requirements & eligibility
To be eligible for this Offer and retain access for the whole Offer Period, you must:
- Be 16 years of age or older;
- Be a student enrolled at a higher education institution in a country or region where Google AI Plus is supported (except for Bolivia, Albania, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, and Tunisia).
- Have successfully verified your student status using a valid school email address as and when requested;
- Have a personal Google Account; and
- Have a Google Payments account with a qualifying form of payment at sign-up;
This Offer is limited to users who do not currently have an active Google One subscription. You do not qualify for the Offer if you're part of a family group, an enterprise purchaser, a discounted Pixel bundle subscriber, or if you currently have a Google One subscription through a third party or affiliate such as Google Fi. You also do not qualify if you have a supervised Google Account.
