Officeworks Price Beat Guarantee: Limit 2 Items Per Price Beat, New Exclusions, Removed Mention of Paid Membership Based Pricing

Nice update to the OW price beat terms.

Changes to the Price Beat Guarantee (compared to the previous version(web.archive.org))

New exclusions:

  • Maximum 2 eligible products per customer per competitor offer.
  • Bundled and multi-buy offers are now excluded.
  • Pricing errors and misprints are now excluded.
  • Ex-display, refurbished and second-hand products are now excluded.
  • Grey imports / parallel-imported goods are now excluded.

Removed exclusions:

  • "Reasonable retail quantities" wording replaced with a hard limit of 2 products.
  • Paid membership-based pricing is no longer specifically excluded.
  • Third-party marketplace purchases are no longer specifically excluded.

Other changes:

  • The commercial pricing exclusion has been reworded to:
    > "Reduced pricing not available to the public, inclusive of Apple Reseller Education pricing."

Overall, the policy is stricter, with several additional exclusions, but it also removes the explicit exclusions for paid membership pricing and third-party marketplace purchases.
