My Tips:

• Choose Max 2-year plan (+ 3 months) US$95.85 for the best value. Do NOT grab the 5-year plan offer that may pop up. 5-year plan and add-ons are ineligible for cashback.
• Use a new email for PureVPN if purchased before. You can use the Gmail trick with dot or plus. Same payment card is fine.
• Pay with a card without international transaction fees if possible.
• The tracked amount in your TopCashback account will be slightly less than what you are charged. This is probably due to the currency conversion fees/taxes as PureVPN reports in USD which is converted to AUD. 130% cashback minus the fees/taxes.
• If you use PayPal AU, PayPal AU may charge a currency conversion fee. It seems not possible to change the currency to USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD. These fees are ineligible for cashback.
• If you use Revolut, there is a weekend fee (1%) for standard customers.(help.revolut.com)
• Tracking is usually within an hour although rarely it may take up to a few hours.
• If your order hasn't tracked, please "File a refund" from PureVPN within 31 days under their 31-day money-back guarantee. Please don't submit a missing cashback claim.
• If you cancel/refund for non-tracking, you can buy again. Use a new email address for PureVPN with the same TopCashback account. Same payment card is fine.
• You can cancel auto-renewal/subscription after you have received cashback.

For better tracking, use the TopCashback app, click the "Get 130% Cashback" pink button to the PureVPN website (not app), use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

• Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, DNS AdGuard, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites after clicking from TopCashback AU as tracking will be lost.
• For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off 

What will stop me getting my cashback

• If your PureVPN order fails to track to your TopCashback account within 48 hours, please request a refund directly from PureVPN and purchase again with a new click. Unfortunately PureVPN cannot guarantee the success of missing cashback claims.
• Cashback is eligible only on 1-year, 2-year, and monthly plans (Standard, Plus, Max). Cashback is ineligible on 5-year plan, Teams multi-user plans, and/or add-ons.
• Only one (1) PureVPN purchase is permitted per member every 21 days (3 weeks). Check your TopCashback account to confirm last purchase date.
• PureVPN is excluded from all signup and referral bonus thresholds. Reference the Tell-a-Friend terms for more information.
• Cashback is ineligible on payments made with Crypto currency.
• Cashback can only be earned by customers opening a new PureVPN account. Renewals are ineligible for cashback.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

• Cashback is calculated and paid on the advertised cost of the plan only. It will exclude upsold products, GST, other taxes, credit card or PayPal surcharges.
• PureVPN orders report to your account excluding GST and other taxes, and may show a further difference in purchase amount due to international conversion rates. This is beyond our control.
• Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
• Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
• Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
