Terms & Conditions:

  • Cashback is ineligible on products from Apple; ASKO; Miele; Loewe; WeByLoewe; Playstation; Xbox; Nintendo; 'Shipped by Supplier' products from Smeg and Fisher & Paykel; Gold Service Extras; The Good Guys Home Services; Gift Card purchases.
  • A new click/tap from TopCashback's 'Get cashback' button must be generated with each new order from The Good Guys. Failure to do so will cause all cashback on subsequent orders to be declined by The Good Guys.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases completed on other channels, such as over the phone, web chat, in a physical store, on The Good Guys Commercial website, or on The Good Guys eBay store. Only transactions that are completed wholly online at thegoodguys.com.au will be eligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on any portion of the transaction paid with gift cards, store credits, 90-day StoreCash, Price Beat discounts, delivery charges, and taxes. Cashback is calculated on the total eligible amount that the customer pays on the docket after any price reductions have taken effect, and excludes delivery & GST.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Ensure your shopping cart is empty prior to clicking out from TopCashback, and return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.
