Quick FAQ

Q: Can I pay using Flybuys Dollars and/or Gift Cards as the payment method?
A: Yes. However, do not accept the instant 2000 points for $10 off, unless you are more than $10 over the min spend amount.

Q: My offer has disappeared in week 2/3/4.
A: It is normal, it should reappear Tuesday or Wednesday. Check on your receipt from last week and it will confirm that you completed that week's spend. 

Q: I didn't receive my points after week 4 ended?
A: Contact Flybuys with a copy of all your receipts from each week.

Q: Does this stack with other bonus points offers, eg '5x points on biscuits' or '500 points if you buy x product'.
